HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Vietnam
Location: Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Type: Full-time | On-site
Salary: US $750 - US$ 1500 (depending on experience)
Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong hands-on recruitment experience to support hiring, employee operations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-up, and offers.
Partner with managers on hiring needs and talent solutions.
Support employee engagement, communication, and HR operations.
Coordinate office administration, vendors, supplies, and facilities.
Maintain efficient HR processes and support operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
3+ years of HR experience with hands-on full-cycle recruitment.
HRBP, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations experience preferred.
Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent organization, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
