Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent sources.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and other issues, providing resolutions and recommendations.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and contribute to the professional growth of employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR processes align with policies and regulations.
5. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
6. Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Provide guidance to employees on benefit options and assist with benefits-related inquiries.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics or related fields.
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Chinese (preferred) or English, both written and spoken, is required.
Experienced in recruitment and C&B, with in-depth knowledge of human resource management and labor law.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
