Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition:
 Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
 Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent sources.
2. Employee Relations:
 Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
 Conduct investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and other issues, providing resolutions and recommendations.
 Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management:
 Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
 Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and contribute to the professional growth of employees.
 Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
 Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
 Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
 Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR processes align with policies and regulations.
5. Training and Development:
 Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
 Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
6. Benefits Administration:
 Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
 Provide guidance to employees on benefit options and assist with benefits-related inquiries.
