HR Manager

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
Design and execute effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
Supervise payroll and benefits administration to maintain employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Promote a positive company culture by implementing engagement activities and fostering teamwork.
Monitor and manage HR metrics to analyze trends and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop plans to address gaps.

College or Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Proficient in HR software and tools.
Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 17:30.
Saturday: from 09:00 to 17:00.
