Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
Receive recruitment requests from departments and factories, and arrange interview schedules.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (blue-collar - 60%; white-collar - 40%)
Collaborate with HRM, HRBP to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
Coordinate with manpower vendors to process additional potential candidates;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system...
Internship Program and Employer Branding:
Coordinate and manage the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of interns;
Registering visitor candidate arriving Hitachi energy factories/premise for interviews at security gates. Meeting room arrangements;
Supporting Employer Branding on Campus Recruitment at niversitites, Colleges, Internship hiring and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.);
Other HR duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Graduated from university with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, etc;
Good communication skills in English (No formal qualification required, but an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 is needed)
Have 2 years of experience in a similar position
Quyền lợi
Basic salary: 15,000,000 - 17,000,000 VND;
Two months' salary bonus per year;
Shuttle Bus Service from Hanoi to Bac Ninh (1-2 days of remote work per week);
During the probation period, receive 100% of the salary, with social insurance contributions from the start of the probation period;
