We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3 - 5 years of work experiences in Talent Acquisition across all functions and levels, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Especially, candidate must be the one who is passionate about "self-learning and development" (*).
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments, build a recruitment pipeline, conduct searches and interviews, and write articles for employer branding on social networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and full life cycle recruiting
- Develop, and maintain strong partnership with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional team members. - Understand & advise what business truly needs.
- Proactively source candidates through various source, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of position.
- Present company and position value proposition and story in a compelling manner
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
- Ensure TA reports are up-to-date and use them to provide insights into recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success, utilizing various internal partners
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in forecasting/raising potential blocker to on-time delivery
