Yêu cầu
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Law. Other relevant fields will also be considered.
Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with solid knowledge of VN labor law.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Demonstrated ability to directly manage, coach, and develop team members.
Strong experience working within international organizations, including collaboration across global HR structures and talent processes.
Good organization skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the IT market is an advantage.
