Information System Analyst

The Information Systems plays a critical role in supporting the digital transformation, data governance, and process optimization initiatives across the group. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating actionable reports, providing first-line system support, and participating in system training and documentation. The analyst ensures that systems are accurately maintained, issues are resolved in a timely manner, and business decisions are supported with accurate, complete, and timely data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digitalization & Optimization:
• Drive implementation of group-wide digital initiatives across operational units.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Develop and execute local test plans and training materials for new digital tools.
• Lead user testing (UAT), ensure smooth uptake of technology, and conduct post-project evaluations.
• Provide support during process rollouts and document lessons learned.
2. Systems Support & User Training:
• Oversee daily system monitoring, server health, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update training documentation and user manuals across organizations' system modules, and other related systems.
• Act as escalation point for business support and operational issue logging.
• Identify training needs and conduct user workshops as required.
3. Data Integrity & Management:
• Ensure all data complies with standards for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and security.
• Conduct monthly data integrity checks and data cleansing routines.
• Assist in building data architecture frameworks supporting compliance, reporting, and analytics.
• Support development and maintenance of centralized master data for consistent reporting.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
• Generate and submit monthly Data Integrity, Helpdesk, and Issue Log Reports.
• Maintain up-to-date guidelines, standards operation procedures, and master data setup documents.
• Review and monitor system users' profiles on LIVE and UAT environments monthly or upon changes.
