You will:
• Lead a team of
Senior Account Executives
• Own and drive team revenue performance
• Take control of key deals and client relationships
This is not a pure management role - you will lead from the front, combining sales execution with team leadership.
For the right person, this role can evolve into Head of Sales / Commercial Lead.
II. What You'll Be Responsible For

4. Hands-On Selling
• Own key accounts and client relationships
• Lead important client discussions and negotiations
