This role demands a proactive, enthusiasm, hands-on approach with good communication and technical troubleshooting skills, ensuring IT systems operate effectively to support business operations. The role will report to the IT Service and Infra Manager
· Be based in Ho Chi Minh and majorly support users, nearby provinces, and Southern Asia colleagues (in English)
· Receive, categorize, and resolve technical support requests from users through various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
· Support user for technical issues: computer, networks, email, Microsoft Office 365, digital tool, printers, camera systems, meeting room equipment, and other hardware devices
· Install and setup computers for new joiners, collect returned computers and devices from leavers.
· Proactively take care of information security matters in office in accordance with procedure, and per instruction of the IT Governance and Security
· Perform selected IT operation tasks
· IT Asset Management:
o Monitor, track, and update records of all IT equipments and technology assets within the organization.
o Assist with procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT devices and peripherals.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for related tasks, depending on requires
· Other tasks assigned by superiors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Ability to support users in English
● Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
● 1 or 2 year(s) of experience in
IT Support/Helpdesk and effectively guiding and supporting users.
● Ability to self-manage tasks and collaborate effectively with team members.
● Be integrity and honesty
● Good at Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, MS. Outlook, MS. Teams, SharePoint, and popular software.
● Experience in setting up and supporting desktop and laptop hardware.
● Experience in supporting and setting up mobile devices for enterprise use is a plus.
● Strong awareness of information security.
● Dynamic, accountable, and cooperative with colleagues.
