Junior Innovation Consultant

The Junior Innovation Consultant will support KPMG's innovation culture by actively assisting and executing the innovation competitions & activities. This role focuses on organizing internal events, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement through structured innovation programs. The Junior Innovation Consultant will work closely with the Innovation Program Manager to ensure that all initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver value to the organization.
Key responsibilities:
• Program Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of the Innovation programs.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to define goals, topics, judging criteria, evaluation processes, and timelines for each round.
- Coordinate with the judging board to ensure a smooth evaluation process, including setting up evaluation templates and criteria at different levels.
• Communication and Engagement:
- Prepare and distribute announcement emails, reminders, and feedback communications to participants throughout the competition.
- Develop and manage communication templates for various stages.
- Assess ideas submitted in the challenge program and propose a shortlist of high-quality ideas to streamline managers' review efforts.
• Data and Metrics Tracking:
- Track KPIs related to program engagement, submission quality, and solution impact.
- Collect and analyze submission data, track conversion rates, and propose insights and solutions.
- Compile and report statistics on participation and outcomes to measure the impact of innovation activities on organizational goals.
• Content Creation:
- Design and create content for internal newsletters focused on industry trends and innovations focused to KPMG service & industry.
- Support specific innovation events by preparing materials, managing schedules, and coordinating logistics as needed.
