The job
- Schedule regular maintenance, filter changes and repair activities on equipment
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Provide a high level of communication with both Customer and Office
- Organizing shipments between business departments
- Maintain and manage all service ticket investigations and resolutions to provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Enter data in CRM
- Coordination of equipment returns
- Oversee schedule to maintain ongoing maintenance and warranty programs
- Coordinate the work and travel activities of a team of field service professionals
- Ensure all required service records and documentation is completed
