Responsibilities
• Assure consistent demand growth and achievement of business goals & targets in assigned territories by identifying opportunities and gaining new business, while maintaining and growing existing business.
• Support distributor with providing training, group meetings, seminars, symposium.
• Build the confident level and strong relationship with Pharmacy Dept; Board of Director; key HCPs and decision makers to facilitate future sales.
• Develop customer database with detailed records of target account. Have action plan for key accounts to ensure achieving target.
• Meet existing and potential key accounts to get information about their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care.
• Understand the tender; reimbursement policy to ensure products listed into hospital tenders with appropriate quota.
• Harmonize diversified activities (detailing products, ground meeting table) in various fields such as hospital, clinic.
• Ensure that KPIs are met for departmental turnaround time, quality and productivity.
• Have ability to do competitor analysis.
• Field report weekly, monthly to Country Manager
• Complete other required tasks from Country Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education & Qualification
- University of Medical and Pharmacy graduate.
Working Experience
- Minimum 3 years of in similar position.
