As a Lead Engagement Specialist at Ly Gia Vien, you will be the critical link between our communication, event, and partnership teams and the sales engine. You are responsible for designing and executing campaigns that generate, enrich, and qualify leads for the
Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your role ensures that the sales pipeline is filled with high-quality, segment-targeted prospects aligned with vertical strategies set by the
Business Development Manager (BDMs).
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with Communication, Event, and Partnership teams to plan sales campaigns by vertical (e.g., hotels, schools, F&B producers).
Coordinate launch calendars, content needs, and campaign assets to align with strategic priorities.
Create workflows for multi-channel lead capture including email, social, events, and web forms.
- Lead Management & Enrichment:
Segment and enrich leads based on industry, size, buying behavior, and readiness using Salesforce.
Tag, score, and assign leads to the appropriate BDRs according to industry and campaign priority.
Maintain clean and actionable lead records for reporting and handoff.
- Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with BDRs and BDMs to understand the types of leads that convert best.
Incorporate feedback into future campaign design and lead targeting.
Track performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and funnel velocity.
- Cross-Functional Enablement:
Coordinate demo days, chef-led events, and other experiential marketing activities with event teams to generate qualified leads.
Provide insights to Communication and Product teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Support
Account Executive (AEs) with account intelligence collected during early lead nurturing stages.
