DAY-TO-DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Learning and Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating customized content for our training programs. Your responsibilities include:
E-learning courses (60%)
Collaborate with experts to design structured learning curriculums and develop scripts for e-learning lectures
Create and refine e-learning course materials, including training decks, workbooks, and exercises
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless content delivery
Offline courses (30%)
Design customized training programs based on clients' learning objectives and industry needs
Develop high-quality learning materials, including training decks, workbooks, and assessments
Assist instructors as a training facilitator, ensuring effective course delivery and learner engagement
Other responsibilities (10%)
Conduct post-training evaluations and feedback analysis to measure learning effectiveness
Stay updated on learning trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and training
Conduct research and provide recommendations to enhance learning experiences
Yêu cầu
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
2 to 3 years of experience in or e-learning content development or corporate training design
Exceptional skills in scriptwriting, and content structuring with a passion for creating impactful training programs
Strong multitasking ability, with a can-do attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, with proficiency in English being a plus
