• To take full control of all Sales activities in Ho Chi Minh
• To lead the local team of highly motivated Sales executives with a clear focus on continuous growth and adherence
• to company rules and guidelines
• Working closely with relevant departments to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
• To have a clear focus on profitability in combination with volume growth
• To establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners
• To closely monitor the achievement of targets as set by the organization and to strive for continuous improvement of
• the sales team in South Vietnam
• To issue monthly reports to the National Sales Manager in Vietnam
• To implement new sales strategies as announced by the organization and to measure/monitor the success of such
• implementations
• To visit customers, especially key customers, on a regular basis
• Participate in events, exhibitions to present and promote the company
• To independently handle all local and international customer inquiries/tenders and to ensure an on-time and
• complete response
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Transport and Logistics
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Intercultural competence
• Friendly and competent appearance
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong commercial mind, self-driven & motivated, skill full & target oriented
• Fluent in English (spoken & writing), German a big plus
• At least 03-year experience in the logistics field
• Nationality - Vietnamese
• Resume should be written in English.
