1. Intermodal Reporting
- Make intermodal report for entire VietNam weekly.
- Update barge cost for all empty containers move from Caimep terminal to ICds on IAN.
- Monthly track and confirm volume with vendors and Team for barging laden export.
2. Cambodia Barging
- Creation Cam Barge in ibox.
- Coordinate with ARO and Cambodia Team to arrange barge weekly.
- Confirm barging volume with vendor.
- In charge of Making document to customs for empty export for CAM.
- In charge of Creating empty BL, make letter of export MT for CAM.
- Create Feeder request for Empty export to Cam.
3. Documentation empty export (HCM)
- In charge of Making document to customs for empty export .
- In charge of Creating empty BL, make letter of export empty for HCM & send TLA
4. Moving import from VNVUT to ICDs Ho Chi Minh
- Contact and push Barge.
- Creation Import Barge in ibox.
- Check and update information of import cargo to import team.
- Follow and pushing the special cargo required by import team.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain.
- Strong written & spoken English skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Container management knowledge.
- High sense of compliance and integrity.
- Depot, terminal experiences are preferred.
- General knowledge on container industry.
- Organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Customer focused.
- Problem solving / analytical skills.
