Our services include loyalty platforms, digital transformation, O2O marketing, FMCG sampling, and gamified engagement tools. At TAPTAP, we empower brands to connect with customers across all channels through technology, creativity, and market insights.
We are looking for Head / Manager, Business Development with expertise in either:
1) FMCG Marketing & Brand Partnerships - Focused on selling loyalty campaigns and sampling solutions to FMCG brands.
2) Tech Solution Sales - Focused on selling white label loyalty solutions to large enterprises with strong financial capability.
3) Financial Service - Expand TAPTAP's reach in Banking, Fintech & Financial Services
And his/her responsibilities focus on one of following domains:
1) For FMCG Marketing & Brand Partnerships (Loyalty & Sampling Solutions)
• Develop and maintain relationships with FMCG marketing and brand teams.
• Design and pitch sampling and loyalty campaigns tailored to brands' marketing objectives.
• Leverage FMCG industry insights to craft strategic consumer engagement solutions.
• Create compelling ROI-driven proposals to showcase the effectiveness of TAPTAP's loyalty and sampling solutions.
• Work closely with brands to execute, optimize, and scale campaigns.
2) Tech Solution Sales (White label Loyalty Solution Sales)
• Identify and engage large enterprises (e.g., banking, retail, telecom, e-commerce) that require white label loyalty platforms.
• Consult and sell TAPTAP's tech solutions, addressing clients' customer engagement and digital transformation needs.
• Develop tailored enterprise loyalty strategies based on client pain points and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to customize and integrate solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
3) Financial Service
• Focused on selling products to banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and fintechs, leveraging expertise in financial services, digital transformation, and enterprise sales.
Yêu cầu
FMCG Loyalty & Sampling
• 3-4+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, brand management, or
trade marketing.
• Must have worked at 2+ large FMCG companies OR at a marketing agency specializing in FMCG solutions.
• Strong understanding of FMCG marketing strategies, consumer promotions, and brand activation.
• Experience in planning and executing sampling campaigns or loyalty programs.
• Proven track record of working with FMCG marketing teams to implement campaigns.
Tech Solution:
• 5+ years of experience in selling tech solutions (preferably SaaS, CRM, Loyalty, or MarTech).
• Background in companies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other major solution providers.
• Proven ability to engage with large enterprises and sell high-value, customizable tech solutions.
• Experience in consultative selling, RFPs, and enterprise contract negotiation.
• Strong technical understanding of customer engagement platforms, loyalty programs, and digital transformation.
Financial Service:
• Experience in Banking, Fintech, Securities, or Insurance.
• Strong understanding of financial products, loyalty models & digital transformation.
• Connections with financial institutions & enterprise decision-makers.
