DISTRICT 12- CUSTOMER SERVICES - THAILAND COMMUNICATION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have passion in Thailand and passionate about customer service working in a professional environment and to grow your career- look no further.
- Location: District 12, HCM.
- Working Time:
- 5 days/week, random off 2 days/week.(day shift/night shift)
- Responsibility
: What will you do ?
Assisting Individuals with accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
Troubleshooting via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.
Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading)- working 100% English.
Graduated equivalent Majors is an advantage.
Fluency in Thai (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading)- working 100% Thai. (CU- TFL Certificate)
