Support the CEO in monitoring manufacturing operations, collecting and analyzing operational data, investigating production issues, coordinating cross-functional activities, and implementing management tools to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shopfloor Monitoring & Project Follow-up
· Follow up operational topics and improvement actions assigned directly by the CEO
· Monitor implementation progress on the shopfloor and ensure assigned actions are completed on time.
· Conduct regular shopfloor observations and document findings, action status and improvement opportunities.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks.
2. Data Collection & Management Reporting
· Collect, verify and consolidate production, quality and operational data.
· Prepare regular management reports, dashboards and data summaries.
· Ensure collected information is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
3. Root Cause Investigation
· Support investigations related to production failures, quality issues and failure costs.
· Collect evidence, interview relevant personnel and document investigation results.
· Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and recommend corrective actions.
4. Product Analysis
· Independently analyze manufactured products based on assigned criteria.
· Identify abnormalities, trends and improvement opportunities.
· Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams when necessary.
5. Management Tools Development
· Assist in developing and implementing management tools, reporting systems and operational dashboards.
· Standardize management documents and support digitalization initiatives.
· Participate in continuous improvement projects.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
· Coordinate information collection across Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Engineering departments.
· Act as a communication bridge between Management and Operations teams.
· Ensure confidentiality of company information and management decisions.
7. Mobility
· Be available to work at different company locations as required.
· Travel between production sites according to approved schedules.
