National Store & Logistics Manager

• To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Store & Logistics department, in accordance with company procedures and standards, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of Store & Logistics Department in Vietnam.
Đảm bảo các hoạt động hàng ngày của bộ phận Kho & Vận Chuyển suôn sẻ, theo đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn của công ty, quản lý tồn kho, và đảm bảo bộ phận Kho & Vận Chuyển tại Việt Nam hoạt động hiệu quả.
• Warehouses Management / Quản lý các kho lưu trữ hàng hóa của công ty:
- Inventory Management: Ensure goods are stored properly, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the warehouse is always ready for production and business.
Quản lý hàng tồn kho: Đảm bảo hàng hóa được lưu trữ đúng cách, theo dõi số lượng hàng tồn kho và đảm bảo kho luôn sẵn sàng đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất và kinh doanh.
- Control of Goods In/Out: Oversee the process of receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure goods are handled accurately and timely.
Kiểm soát nhập xuất hàng hóa: Giám sát quá trình nhập hàng, lưu trữ, và xuất hàng. Đảm bảo hàng hóa được xử lý một cách chính xác và kịp thời.
- Optimize Warehouse Space: Arrange the warehouse scientifically and efficiently to optimize storage space and facilitate easy retrieval of goods.
Tối ưu hóa không gian kho: Sắp xếp kho hàng một cách khoa học và hiệu quả để tối ưu hóa không gian lưu trữ và dễ dàng tìm kiếm hàng hóa.
• Logistics Management / Quản lý vận chuyển
- Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage the transportation of goods, including selecting service providers and monitoring the transportation process.
Điều phối vận chuyển: Tổ chức và quản lý hoạt động vận chuyển hàng hóa, bao gồm việc lựa chọn các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ vận chuyển và theo dõi quá trình vận chuyển.
- Delivery Management: Ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition, resolve issues that arise during the delivery process.
Quản lý giao nhận: Đảm bảo hàng hóa được giao nhận đúng thời gian và chất lượng, giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình giao nhận.
- Customs procedure management: Manage documents and declaration documents for Customs procedures, Supervise Customs declarations, and resolve arising problems.
Quản lý thủ tục Hải Quan: Quản lý các chứng từ và tài liệu khai báo thủ tục Hải Quan, Giám sát việc khai báo Hải Quan, và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Manage import and export duty obligations: Manage the determination of TAX amounts payable for imported and exported goods, ensure import and export duty payments are made on time and in full, avoiding legal violations about tariffs. Manage import-export tax reporting promptly and fully as required by Customs authorities.
Quản lý nghĩa vụ thuế xuất nhập khẩu: Quản lý việc xác định số tiền thuế phải nộp cho hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu, đảm bảo việc nộp thuế xuất nhập khẩu được thực hiện đúng hạn và đầy đủ, tránh các vi phạm pháp luật về thuế quan. Quản lý việc báo cáo thuế Xuất nhập khẩu kịp thời và đầy đủ theo yêu cầu của cơ quan Hải Quan.
- Optimize Logistics Processes and goods delivery process: Enhance the efficiency of logistics processes by applying new methods and technologies.
Tối ưu hóa quy trình vận chuyển, giao nhận hàng hóa: Nâng cao hiệu quả của quy trình vận chuyển thông qua việc áp dụng các phương pháp và công nghệ mới.
