Mô tả công việc
Review and maintain employee profiles and documentation.
Track attendance, annual leave, and payroll.
Ensure timely salary processing and payments.
Address employee inquiries regarding salary and benefits.
Manage social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and PIT procedures.
Oversee and process employee benefits.
Assist in the employee evaluation process.
Monitor and manage labor contracts for employees who have completed their probation period, and renew contracts as needed.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and C&B.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail, quick adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Ability to move between different office locations as needed.
