Mô tả công việc

Accounting - Kế toán
• Bookkeeping, tracking, and checking economic transactions arising in the accounting software
• Issuing VAT invoices, compiling input and output invoices for quarterly reporting
• Prepare timesheets and calculate salaries
• Work with external parties (tax authorities, social insurance office, banks, suppliers) to resolve financial/accounting issues.
Administration - Hành chính, nhân sự
• Recruitment process, post job on recruiting channels, screen CV, arrange interviews
• Manage staff member's enquiries on office facilities and services, such as telecommunication tools, door accessing system, office machinery operates smoothly
• Supporting director in operating company following director's requirements.

Yêu cầu

Qualification
• College/University degree with 3-5 years working experience in General accountant position
• Proficiency in FAST accounting software and Excel; capable of synthesizing and analyzing data.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and legal regulations on finance and accounting, labor law.
• Has a strong willingness to work long-term with the company.

Working time:
• Monday: 7.00 a.m - 12 a.m
• Tuesday-Saturday: 7.00 a.m - 4 p.m (Lunch time 1 hour)
