Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and commercially focused Tyre OE Account Manager to manage OEM customer accounts and drive sustainable business growth. The role is responsible for ensuring sales performance, delivery accuracy, and compliance with contractual terms while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with OEM partners. This position requires strong planning capability, cross-functional coordination, and a data-driven mindset to align customer demand with production, logistics, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Performance Management
• Develop and execute monthly and annual sales plans for OEM customers in alignment with company targets
• Monitor demand forecasts and coordinate closely with production and supply planning to ensure fulfillment
• Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
• Support business growth by identifying volume opportunities and improving sales efficiency
2. Customer Relationship & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM customers
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Act as the key contact point for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
• Manage customer claims and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Cross-functional Coordination & Execution
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, QMS, Technical, Factory) for smooth order execution
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment between customer requirements and operational capabilities
• Support quality issue handling in coordination with QMS and technical teams
• Ensure effective communication flow between customers and internal stakeholders
4. Market Analysis &
Business Development• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify opportunities
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Identify new business opportunities, product applications, and potential OEM partnerships
• Support product development alignment based on customer and market needs
5. Reporting, Compliance & Internal Alignment
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer status
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking for OEM accounts
• Represent the OE function in internal meetings and contribute to business planning
