Mô tả công việc
• Strong experience in Vietnam's labor code, compliance, a good understanding of workplace safety and health, and prior involvement in audit-related matters.
• Lead office operations and procedures, including reception support
• Coordinate with office departments on all office requirements
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
• Ensure office efficiency is maintained
• Responsible for office Work Health and Safety standards, withholding compliance and completing office internet and external audits
• Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
• Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
• Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures
• Prepare operational reports and schedules
• Monitor and maintain office supplies

• At least 4 years of experience in office management or administrative roles
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Leadership, the ability to 'make things happen'
• Knowledge of WH & S guidelines and procedures
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
