(No paragliding knowledge required) Join our Project Team, the backbone of our paragliding school, where you will be essential in transforming plans into memorable experiences for our customers. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, adapting to the dynamic needs of our projects. Key tasks include:
Marketing and Content Creation
Content Creation: Develop engaging and educational content for our customers, including blog posts, Facebook page, YouTube videos. Highlight safety tips, training programs, and exciting paragliding experience.
Customer Support
Customer Service: Interact with customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide assistance with booking and using our paragliding services
Feedback collection
Operations
Logistics management: Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the paragliding school, including scheduling flights, managing equipment, and ensuring safety protocols
Class support: Help organize and manage paragliding classes and tours, ensuring they run smoothly (on-site at Hoa Binh Province, optional)
Agent Relationships
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other partners to expand our reach and attract more customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities that benefit both parties
