Mô tả công việc
• Follow up and make inventory report (including FG, material, packaging, damaged good), aging report
• Conduct and follow up performance of 3PL. Make sure 3PL Warehouses to comply with terms & conditions in the Service agreement
• Arrange transportation for delivery to customer and transferring product between warehouses through 3PL execution and on SUN system
• Follow up & input stock movements into SUN, documented properly.
• Control inventory & allocate stock at each warehouse
• Sourcing inland transportation when needed
• Update quotation and review contract/ annex with supplier
• Check Debit Note and make payment for supplier based on contract/tariff
• Support marketing, value chain on sample delivery.
• Support customer service team on sales order process when required.
• External warehouse visit and report in case of required.
• Work with Customer service and logistics function to optimize inventory to meet customer's demand and minimize the cost.
• Other assigned tasks when required.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor Degree of Economic/Foreign Trade
2. Experience:
+ 2-3 years with warehouse/ transportation management is a must
+ Experience in Customer Service is preferred
3. English fluent both in speaking & writing
4. Experience from multi-national companies is an advantage
5. Good at communication, time management, collaboration
6. Smart & quick respond.
7. Travelling possibility
