Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest according to the international growth plan.
Pace daily campaign budgets against target ROAS, MER, and cost-of-sale while bringing data-backed budget reallocation recommendations to leadership.
Execute weekly creative testing cycles, holding tests to minimum learning thresholds and logging all results in the playbook.
Scale winning ad concepts into scaling budgets while identifying creative fatigue before performance drops.
Conduct pre-launch QA across pixels, Conversions API events, UTM parameters, and account naming structures.
Analyze GA4 and Shopify e-commerce data to track landing page conversions, traffic performance, and funnel drop-offs.
Deliver weekly performance scorecards per brand and walk through key metrics during review calls.

Yêu cầu
1+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager campaigns.
Demonstrated experience running structured creative tests and analyzing e-commerce funnel data in GA4 and Shopify.
Fluent written and spoken business English skills (B2 level or above preferred).
Ability to work at least 10 hours/week in our HCMC office across 2-3 days, plus at least 10 hours/week remotely while staying reachable during business hours.
Hands-on experience managing Pinterest Ads or TikTok GMV Max / TikTok Shop campaigns.
Industry background in beauty, wellness, devices, or considered-purchase categories.
Familiarity with U.S. and U.K. internet culture, trends, and pop culture.
Practical experience with AI tool adoption and spreadsheet data manipulation.
