PMO / Project Manager / Scrum Master

HIRING: PMO / PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER
CMC Global is looking for experienced Project Management professionals to join our IT projects, particularly projects in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and support IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
Manage and track project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure project progress.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, Scrum ceremonies, and follow up on action items.
Monitor project status, risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare regular project reports.
Support project governance, documentation, processes, and reporting activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including BA, Developers, Testers, Business teams, and other stakeholders.
Support resource planning, allocation, onboarding, and project coordination activities.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.
Contribute to process improvement and the adoption of project management and Agile best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Scrum Master, or similar roles.
IT background and experience working in IT project environments.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
English proficiency from Intermediate to Fluent, depending on project requirements.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech is preferred.
Candidates with Lead/Team Lead experience are preferred.
PREFERRED PROFILE
PMO / Project Management professionals with solid IT project experience.
Scrum Masters with experience coordinating Agile teams.
Project Coordinators with hands-on project management responsibilities.
Candidates with Banking / Financial Services project experience.
Candidates with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
