QA Senior Staff (Customer Quality)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technical fields, Quality Management, or other related fields.
• Experience in QA/QC, Customer Quality, Customer Service, Complaint Handling, Technical Support, or related positions is preferred.
• Experience in handling customer complaints/claims or quality-related issues is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas when required.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electrical/electronics, home appliances, or other consumer products are preferred.
