Your mission
The objective of this role is to build up the research and development team and establish a high-quality development process in Vietnam while ensuring regular exchanges with the German R&D team. Additionally, the role aims to control projects to meet quality, time, and cost targets, closely cooperate with the manufacturing team, and coordinate with the global purchasing team to optimize product costs.
Establish a high-quality development process in VN
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production, ensuring timely and successful product launches
Regular exchange with German R&D team
Control projects to ensure quality, time and costs of the projects
Cooperate closely with manufacturing team in improving our products and their assembly processes
Coordinate with global purchasing team to optimize product costs
Ensure all development activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to various projects based on priority and potential impact.
Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
Establish and manage relationships with external partners, including suppliers, research institutions, and technology providers.

Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics, or other related field.
More than 5 years of experience in leading larger development teams.
Beneficial is previous experience in battery or charger development.
Experience in using Siemens NX is priority.
MS office, SAP is an advantage.
Excellent Vietnamese and English language skills (written and spoken).
