Possess a welcoming and positive attitude, capable of handling various situations with calm and professionalism.
Fluent in English (far above average), with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with international guests.
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage different tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
Proactive and eager to learn new skills, adapting quickly to different roles within the business.
Ability to work well in a team, contributing positively to collaborative efforts and internal processes.
Observant and resourceful, capable of identifying and resolving small issues promptly.
