About Us:
GBG Group Services is part of a large international company that has been operating for over 12 years. Our team in Vietnam provides essential services to our global operations, supporting an international online marketplace. With over 100 employees in Vietnam and more than 200 worldwide, we offer a relaxed and dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
Source and attract top-quality candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, and job platforms.
Focus on recruiting tech roles (developers) while also handling other key positions like customer service.
Screen and evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create effective hiring strategies.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
Experience Level: Senior/Advanced level recruiter with proven expertise.
Education: A degree in HR or a related field is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Strong experience in LinkedIn (Very important, need to have a lot of experience) recruitment and other social platforms.
Excellent networking abilities, especially in the tech industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Proactive approach to recruitment with problem-solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented in assessing candidates.
Language Requirements: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Salary: Starting at 20,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on experience.
