Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in compliance with health regulations.
• Implement and enforce Olé restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of food and beverages.
• Address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
2. Customer Service & Guest Experience
• Ensure excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor online reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions to improve guest satisfaction.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure service consistency.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively.
3. Staff Management & Leadership
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Motivate and mentor employees to maintain high morale and teamwork.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure staff adherence to dress codes, hygiene, and professionalism.
4. Financial & Revenue Management
• Oversee restaurant budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor sales, set revenue targets with owner, and implement pricing strategies.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and minimize waste through effective cost management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales forecasts and P&L statements.
5. Marketing & Promotions
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
