Mô tả công việc
I. JOB PURPOSES:
In charge of master data management, monthly reporting and sales project coordination to assist Route to Market Manager in driving efficiency and effectiveness of distribution and operation, both for GT & MT channel.
II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: As company assigned
- Direct report to: Route to Market Manager
- External customers: Customers & DKSH
- Internal customers: All internal departments
III . PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Minimum requirement)
Master Data Management:
- Clean data, build data structures to be ready for in-depth analysis
- AVC / TRAX: Consolidate & upload to system
- GT / MT master data: Consolidate & Mapping to BDF master data from DKSH source
- MT master data: Consolidation & Mapping to BDF master data from DKSH source
Monthly Report:
- Maintenance GT monthly report: IMS, Inventory, DSIM
- Prepare MT report / MT tool to tracking KPIs of SR and BA
- Perform data analysis to support RTM Manager for review frequency and segmentation
Sales project coordination:
- Support sales function on relevant project
- Manage Workflow / SAP account relevant to sales function
Others:
- Other task assigned by line manager
