Pipeline Tracking: Work with the Sales team to monitor leads throughout the sales pipeline, keeping records up to date and flagging movement, delays, or gaps that need attention.
Cross-Department Briefing: Prepare and present informational briefs to other departments - including Project Management and Editorial - to manage incoming workload and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery.
Proposal Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to draft and refine sales proposals, ensuring they are well-structured, accurate, and ready for client review.
Administrative Coordination: Maintain the organisational backbone of the sales function - managing documentation, scheduling, task tracking, and internal communications to keep the team running efficiently.

Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage schedules, track tasks, maintain documentation, and keep multiple workstreams organised simultaneously.
MUST-HAVE
English Proficiency (B2): Strong written and spoken English sufficient for drafting professional communications and presenting information to internal stakeholders.
English Proficiency (C1): Near-native written fluency enabling polished proposal drafts and client-facing documents with minimal revision.
NICE-TO-HAVE
AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to accelerate administrative tasks, draft content, and surface information quickly.
Sales Process Awareness: A working understanding of how leads move through a pipeline - from first contact to closed deal - and the coordination touchpoints involved.
Task Management Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Trello, Asana, or [protected info] for tracking deliverables and managing team workflows.
