This Sales Associate position is created to be in charge of bringing more tourists/customers to the outlets in order to increase sales for the South Operations.

1. General Responsibilities
• To promote/sell "The Al Fresco's Brands", Tour bookings and Functions for the group.
• Drive business and bring new customers and increased revenue to AFG Vietnam.
• Update the prices of the tour menus, catering menus annually to ensure that the selling prices are the appropriate prices approved by the Area Manager & Operations Manager.
• To oversee all incoming enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper and efficient manner.
• To direct and redirect all incoming enquiries to the most appropriate person.
• To build strong working relationships with the Outlet Managers and Head Office Manager to support the business being brought in.
• Initiate revenue generating activities.
• Ensure incremental sales opportunities are maximized whilst maintaining perceived value to customers.
• Utilize relevant resources to maximize pax covers and per/pax spend.
• Cultivate customer accounts and travel within the local area to develop future and repeat business, contributing to the profitability of the restaurant.
• Build a personal image through exchanging information with customers, such as sending e-mails, direct calls, meeting face-to-face... in a professional manner to represent AFG. Constantly learning and perfecting the skills for the job you are undertaking.
• When you are working with AFG, you must be aware that customers who are interested in AFG products and are suitable for AFG, will be referred to our services, not any other competitor brand. Especially old customers of AFG, who still belong to our data base, should not be driven to other competitors' brands.
• Regularly update and exchange information about the Functions and/or Tour bookings that you are dealing with, to the AFG Sales Department Manager (Hanoi): to avoid contacting the same customer.
• Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
2. Functions
• Follow the general procedures for receiving and coordinating a Catering party (according to the Catering memo)
• Help develop and/or coordinate special Catering functions, including cooperating and/or joining in on established functions and wherever possible, upsell 2nd bites and Catering.
• Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
• Coordinate with relevant Outlet Manager/Operations Manager/Area Manager, on the timely and accurate implementation and execution of function and sell-outs.
• Coordinate with the relevant Operations/Assistant Operations Manager, to resolve customer complaints (if any) in a professional and positive manner.
• Update all feedback from customers after the party/event, so that the Area/Operations/Assistant Operations Manager knows and learns from the mistakes that have occurred (if any).
3. Tours
• Cultivate Tour accounts and contact the Tour companies to develop future and repeat business, contributing to the profitability of the restaurants in the South.
• Update Tour Companies with special offers for Travel Agencies, as well as provide them with the latest tour menus and restaurant's profile.
• Invite customers to lunch at the outlets for them to experience the: Service, Food & Beverage.
• Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Record customer feedback about the dining experience and notify relevant Managers and Chain of Command.

Yêu cầu
1. Current knowledge of F&B industry trends and regulations.
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising sales pitches that attract, engage and delight customers.
3. Minimum 2 years working in the Marketing/Sales field with proven working experience
4. Have a sales mindset or experience is preferable
5. Advanced English skills & computer literacy skills
6. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
8. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
