Mô tả công việc
1. To promote WWL Network and hunt for New Business, preferred Importing.
2. To upsell and take care assigned customers from company.
3. To generate concrete Sales Leads and follow up assigned Leads.
4. To set out SOP for Customer Service team to handle shipments.
5. To inform Sales Manager of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractor's standards and services.
6. To feedback pre-claim details and status to customers.
7. To verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
8. To submit Sales Report, Sales Call, Sales Plan on time.
9. To handle other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Min. 1 years' experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
2. Good experience to US market is preferable
3. Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations
4. Basic geography knowledge
5. Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
6. Good PC skills.
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Sense of responsibility, team work and creditability
