Main responsibilities:
1. Collaboration with Team Leaders
- Cooperate with Marketing Team Leader to prioritize and select new potential products
- Cooperate with
Sales Team Leader to gather current and historic order information, analyze sales trends
- Generate annual/ quarter/ month sales planning (including detailed action plan to obtain sales target)
- Calculate and review actual volume and sales target and create/ revise quarter/ month sales forecast report
- Calculate revenue, costs and profit, compares these to forecasted and historical report.
2. Sales Execution
- Actively identify potential customers, sales opportunities, validate and qualify opportunities to align with business strategy as assigned, or cooperate with Marketing &
Sales Manager in the task
- Develop sales opportunity with detailed plan as assigned, or cooperate with Marketing in the task
- Manage customer interactions perform sales calls, conduct customer meetings/ workshops as assigned, or cooperate with Marketing & Sales Manager in the task
- Establish terms and conditions as assigned, or cooperate with Marketing & Sales Manager in the task
- Close the sales and establish sales contract/ extend sales contract as assigned, or cooperate with Marketing & Sales Manager in the task
3. Perform other tasks upon request.
