Yusen Logistics Vietnam is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our
Business Development team and drive sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer portfolio, maximizing profitability, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue, profit, and KPI targets.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop effective sales plans.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations, and oversee contract execution.
• Monitor sales performance, customer profitability, and sales pipeline to maximize business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members while driving continuous process improvement.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain solutions.
• Proven leadership, business development, negotiation, and key account management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Customer-oriented, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
