United Insurance Company of Vietnam (UIC) is a specializing in Non-life insurance company and was established in 1997 with the Head Office in Ha Noi city and 2 branches in Ho Chi Minh city and Da Nang city. We have achieved sustainable growth in the Vietnam's non-life insurance market, especially in the Japanese and Korean business community, and we are proud to provide excellent solutions for the insurance risks of individuals and corporations.
We are look for an ambitious and energetic Sales & Marketing - Deputy Manager to help us in achieve the premium targets via new business, renewal business, customer services activities. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibility included but unlimited to:
• Experience in sales process and able to coordinate between internal departments to reach goals set by each calendar year
• Develop new prospects, new businesses on assigned insurance classes / lines (commercial, cargo, travel...) via proper channels.
• Refer to Underwriting Department to prepare and set up quotation with proper terms and conditions.
• Prepare quotation and negotiate with clients.
• Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts.
• Proceed renewal business and cross selling to achieve renewal premium targets.
• Maintain client database and profile, respond and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contract.
• Initiate and maintain customer service activities, clients [protected info] improve customer trust and loyalty
• Cooperate with relevant departments in claim handling, risk survey, loss control and other customer services activities for clients.
• Others tasks as required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Requirement and qualification:
• Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, and Insurance.
• At least 7 years of working experience in insurance or relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance, insurance products.
• Good understanding of sale/marketing, customer services principles, practices and market situation.
• Maintain a balanced and mutually cooperative relationship with broker channel.
• Good English, both spoken/written.
• Computer literate with common MS office package (email, words, excel, PowerPoint...).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
• Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
