[ SCG - CRVC] - Customer Service Officer (HCM -Sourcing)

Receive customer orders and key-in on the system
Process order with BKK team
Receive and track damaged product, damaged container to compensate for customers
Cooperate with accountant to follow, check liabilities and update to customers
Manage and update customer's information on excel file: contact information, salesman, transaction status & update customer list to related departments
Manage and file sales contract of customers
Update delivery information at port to customers, sales team by sms/email/zalo
Cooperate with relevant departments deploy customer care programs
To make relevant reports to supervisor and works follow the assignment of supervisor and BOD
Always be cheerful, behave properly with customers as well as employees of the Company.
Share experience among team members and other departments so that day-to-day work goes well.
Listen to customers and monitor customer satisfaction
