Overview
We are looking for a Senior
Account Executive to support brand partnership execution and social commerce operations across TikTok Shop campaigns.
This role focuses heavily on execution, coordination, and real-time operational support, including brand communication, livestream monitoring, product assortment management, cart optimization, and campaign follow-up.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced social commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnership Management
Proactively identify, reach out, and develop relationships with potential brand partners aligned with creator and campaign opportunities
Support onboarding and day-to-day coordination with brand partners for TikTok Shop campaigns
Manage communication regarding samples, product information, campaign mechanics, pricing updates, promotion schedules, and operational requirements
Coordinate product seeding, campaign assets, voucher information, and promotion alignment
Support campaign execution timelines and deliverables tracking
Livestream & TikTok Shop Operations
Support livestream execution and monitor performance during live sessions
Coordinate product assortment, shopping cart optimization, pricing updates, stock alignment, and voucher setup during livestreams
Work closely with creators and livestream teams to improve conversion performance and shopping experience
Assist in resolving operational issues in real time during live campaigns
Campaign Coordination & Reporting
Track campaign progress and support smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare campaign recaps, operational reports, and partnership tracking documents
Support proposal preparation and sales materials when needed
Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness
Market & Platform Awareness
Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, platform campaigns, livestream formats, and high-performing product categories
Support internal teams with platform insights and operational recommendations
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, account management, creator operations, or
business developmentStrong understanding of TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, and creator ecosystem operations
Highly detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
Strong business English proficiency in both verbal and written communication
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and cross-timezone teams
Comfortable supporting operations and stakeholders across flexible working schedules when required
