from the past 9 years. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us.
Experience requirement: 2 years in advertising/digital/client service)
SO, LET'S GET TO KNOW WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Identify market needs and trend, develop approaches and achieve sales revenue
from existing clients
1. Develop questions to get clients' concerns and expected results.
2. Working with clients to study insights and needs of clients, market practices.
3. Prepare, present proposal to clients and handle objection successfully via
identifying decision-maker, client's internal situation and way of working.
4. Build & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Monitor project expense to ensure cost efficiency
1. Work closely with Finance & Operation functions to make quotation, PEC and
manage cost.
2. Negotiate with clients to ensure getting profit as advised by Finance function.
3. Support Finance in contract liquidation and debt management to ensure
cashflow.
4. Update market cost to ensure proposal to client is competitive cost.
Ensure completion of projects as committed to clients
1. Develop or manage team to develop project plan in consultation with other
teams to specify detailed action timeline, checklists, PIC and other resources
allocation required.
2. Manage self and/or team in closely working with internal teams to daily monitor
project progress, quality and solve problems in a timely manner.
Yêu cầu
IF YOU FIND INTEREST IN THOSE ROLES, THEN CHECK SOME QUALIFICATIONS
1. Have 2 years experience in digital side, client service.
2. Communication and marketing, especially digital marketing to define actions.
General social awareness about but not limited to digital trend growth,
consumers, culture, ect.
3. Project management & customer services mindset: (Plan-do-check-act),
involved others in team decisions & actions.
4. Active Listening, Presentation & persuasion.
