Job Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies, plans, and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets are achieved according to assigned KPIs.
Establish execution plans and assign objectives to team members.
Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs, brainstorm ideas, prepare proposals, develop communication plans, and define implementation strategies for advertising and marketing campaigns.
Present proposals, consult clients, prepare quotations, and provide budget estimations.
Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and handle contract-related matters with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Coordinate and manage relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and external vendors.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while resolving project-related issues.
Prepare periodic reports for clients and management.
Monitor client engagement activities conducted by team members, consolidate reports, identify improvement opportunities, and provide coaching when necessary.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and customer care.
Analyze and forecast customer and market trends, proposing timely solutions and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate payment tracking and accounts receivable collection.
Perform other duties assigned by direct management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Digital Agency or IMC Agency environment.
Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Marketing,
Digital Marketing, and Branding.
Proficient in the following skills:

Cross-functional collaboration with Media, Creative, Technical, and other teams
Negotiation skills
Team management experience (minimum 3 team members)

Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation abilities.
