4S SAIGON FOODS AND BEVERAGE COMPANY LIMITED is expanding rapidly in the FMCG & F&B distribution market in Vietnam. We are building a strong nationwide distribution network and investing heavily in market development, sales teams, and channel expansion.
We are looking for a strong ASM who wants a bigger playground, higher income, and faster career growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Growth:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand market coverage and increase product distribution across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
2. Distributor Management:
- Manage and develop relationships with key distributors and wholesalers.
- Ensure strong sell-in, sell-out performance and healthy stock levels.
- Improve distributor capability and performance.

Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and manage
Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Build a strong, results-driven sales culture.
4. Channel Development
- Strengthen presence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Horeca channels.
- Improve product visibility, merchandising, and promotion execution in stores.
5. Market & Performance Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to management.
- Implement action plans to improve sales performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of FMCG / F&B sales experience.
- At least 2-3 years in ASM /
Sales Manager / Supervisor roles.
- Strong experience in distributor management and channel development.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
- Proficient in English
