Senior Executive / Deputy Manager - B2B Clients Service

MSIG Vietnam is looking for suitable candidates for 02 positions: Senior Executive in Hanoi and Deputy Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. 1. Client services:
• Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Division
• Follow up client's growth & requirements
• Design insurance program matching with client's requirement
• Keep & develop the relationship with clients/local insurer company
• Negotiate terms & conditions with clients and reinsurers
• Provide consulting services to clients
• Explore new clients
2. Business Administration:
• Assist supervisors to handle client services
• Prepare and submit the Quotations to clients as per Division's Guidelines
• Plan client meeting schedules
• Strictly follow up Premium Collection
• Provide training, supervision and support subordinates/staff.
• Manage and follow up business plan of team (for Deputy Manager position)
• Manage guideline for the operation of the team (for Deputy Manager position)
3. Co-ordination with other Divisions with related tasks
4. Staff management (for Deputy Manager position)
• Manage and control day-to-day administrative operation in the team
• Coach & supervise staff to fulfil their job
• Training new Marketing (MKT) staff
• Co-ordinate MKT staff to assure their cooperation to be efficient.
4. Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the line Manager
5. Other office work as required by the Company
