1. HR tasks:
- Recruitment management (sourcing, CVs, interview, evaluation, onboarding)
- Headcount planning and coordination
- Oversees HR and organizational programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Staff welfare programs (health check, medical insurance, personal & family benefits, family matters, staff policy...)
- HR initiatives to engage staffs (social events, team events...)
- Training arrangements for seniors & staff (coordinate with different departments)
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practices alignment
- Reports and documentation for internal and authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support Account team for staff related policy & expenses (social insurance, compulsory insurance)
- HR & Admin budget preparation (consolidation) & executions
- Employee feedback (surveys) & counseling (staff performance, personal issues, conflicts)
- Manage/Update HR Software (1Office)
- Manage/Review/Consolidate KPI
2. General Administration tasks:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin and staff members
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Travel logistic arrangement for staff & guests (ticket, hotel, allowance, restaurants, gifts...)
- Support
purchasing of office equipment, stationaries & office supplies
- Office welfare (cleaners, pantry, decoration, new staff environments...)
- Handling of admin documents (rental contract, work permits, authority reports...)
- Assist in company team activities
- Female; 2+ years of proven experience in
HR Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or other related fields. HR Certification is a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Honest, reliable, agile, proactive and have a high sense of responsibility, withstand work pressure.
- Initiative, Responsible, Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze, raise decision and solve problems.

Working hours:
+ Monday to Friday (09h00 - 18h30; break from 12h30 - 14h00)
+ Saturdays morning (09h00 - 12h30)
+ 2 Saturdays off per month.
