Mô tả công việc
Your Role:
Based in our vibrant Ho Chi Minh City office, you'll report to the KDC Director and Manager. You will play a crucial role in supporting the KDC Team by developing, structuring, and maintaining management reports, organizing firm-wide databases, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Your contributions will directly enhance our operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities are including, but not limited to:
• System Management
• Providing operational support and helpdesk services for "CRM", "Integrated Business System (IBS)", and "Introhive"
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business requirements
• Ensuring the consistency and efficiency of using KPMG-customized systems
• Facilitating smooth SPO/CRM support and assisting department operations
• Identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions
• Working with the regional service team on system upgrades or local customizations
• Operation reporting
• Managing local reporting databases and building firm-wide master databases
• Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc and regular reports to the Pro-team
• Prepare data for internal controls to mitigate operational risks
• Handling ad-hoc tasks with flexibility and efficiency

• Proven data processing accuracy and responsiveness
• Service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced corporate setting
• Interest and proficiency in IT software and systems
• Ability to handle confidential information autonomously
• Proactive, execution-oriented, and well-organized approach
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in project planning and organization
• 3+ years of experience in data extraction and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of physical and logical data models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VBA skills are a plus).
• Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
• Strong command of English and Vietnamese.
• High computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms, SharePoint, CRM, and/or SAP systems is preferred.
