Senior Java Full-stack Developer / Technical Lead

Job Description
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and development of Finance/Lending systems.
Develop backend services using Java and frontend applications using Angular, ensuring seamless integration across system components.
Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs, implement business logic, and integrate with internal and external systems.
Work with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server to develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processing logic.
Take on Technical Lead responsibilities, including solution analysis, task allocation, code reviews, and resolving complex technical issues.
Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs), Quality Assurance (QA) engineers, and other stakeholders to support implementation, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor/ college's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience working on projects in the Finance or Banking domain, with a strong preference for Lending platforms, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or Consumer Finance solutions.
5-7 years of software development experience, with hands-on experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
Strong proficiency in Java backend development, preferably with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Security.
Hands-on experience in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including API integration.
Solid experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, implementing authentication and authorization, and integrating systems.
Experience working with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and independently resolve complex technical problems.
Basic understanding of financial business processes and transaction data processing.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and business requirements in English.
