1. Job Purpose
Responsible for enhancing learning efficiency and training effectiveness through effective management of budgets, processes, training quality management, learning data, learning systems, and reporting; ensuring that all training programs are delivered on plan, with high quality, and with measurable business impact.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Learning Quality Control
• Control the quality of training course operations.
• Assess and monitor the quality of internal and external instructors (RFT / BDM / CAN).
• Control the quality of learners (Directors / Referrers / Managers, etc.).
• Control the quality of learning systems ( e-learning platforms, etc.).
• Consolidate and analyze Training Plans to ensure effective deployment.
2.2. Training Plan Management
• Consolidate, standardize, and communicate training plans to Divisions / Departments / Partners.
• Update and adjust training plans in response to the changes arising.
• Ensure alignment between training plans and capability development objectives.
2.3. Learning Data & System Management
• Manage training content on the e-Learning Management System (LMS).
• Store, manage, and standardize training data.
• Track and monitor weekly training activities.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and availability of training data for reporting and analysis.
2.4. Project & System Development
• Participate in training development projects (DMP, AI Tori ....).
• Develop and enhance LMS and e-learning systems to support learning and capability development.
2.5. Reporting & Learning Effectiveness Tracking
• Prepare and deliver periodic Capability Development reports (weekly, monthly).
• Provide regular updates on CD activity progress.
• Track, measure, and analyze the link between training outcomes and business performance.
• Propose improvement initiatives to enhance learning ROI and training effectiveness.
2.6. Budget Management
• Develop and manage the overall training budget (MPB / multi-year budget).
• Monitor, control, and report training budget utilization on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Execute payments, control costs, and optimize training budget utilization.
2.7. Process Management
• Develop and standardize end-to-end Capability Development (CD) processes.
• Review, update, and revise processes to align with operational changes.
• Control the quality of training materials and training programs in accordance with defined standards.
2.8. Training Operations
• Before training: logistics preparation, invitations, class setup.
• During training: support and monitor class operations.
• After training: consolidate, analyze, and archive training results.
2.9. Administration
• Perform training-related administrative tasks (gifts, coordination with Admin functions..)
• Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in Learning & Development / Capability Development / Training Operations.
• Experience in managing training budgets, learning data, and LMS is preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong training operations and learning efficiency management capability.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Process management and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, LMS, and reporting tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Suggested
• Compliance with training plans and budgets.
• Training quality (instructors, learners, systems).
• Training completion and effectiveness rates.
• Learning effectiveness / business impact indicators.
• Level of process and data standardization within Capability Development.
